John Elliott accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
